What's the difference between a "Superior oceanview stateroom with balcony" D1 and D2 and a "Deluxe oceanview stateroom with balcony" E1?

Size. On Independence, for example, the D1 / D2 is 199 sq. ft. and the E 1 is 184 sq. ft. And D's have a sofa, E's have a love seat. Other than that they are basically the same. (The same category sizes may vary from ship to ship),

 

There is no difference other than location within each category, however. All D's are the same size and all E's are the same size. (Balconies can vary in size based on location).
