Can you see OBC under your "My Reservations" on Celebrity's web site?

Apologies for asking a question that probably has been answered somewhere along the way, but it's not very practical to do a search with the term "OBC" in it.

 

My question is whether a Celebrity OBC shows up anywhere in your booking on Celebrity's web site when you have booked directly with them and log on to your "My Reservations" page. I know you can see things you have purchased, like a beverage package or shore excursions, but does an OBC show up? Or is this only on the invoice that Celebrity emails you?

I've never seen any OBC's posted online for our bookings, though I believe that other members have reported seeing OBC's related to the 123 GO promotion. My advice is to call your TA (or Celebrity if you've booked direct), and request a "Booking Confirmation - Guest Copy", which shows your OBC.

I have never seen OBC posted on Celebrity's website whether given by Celebrity or TA.

I can only see my OBC on my PDF booking confirmation sent to me by my TA. I cannot see it when I view my reservation on the Celebrity website.

I couldn't see our OBC so I asked my TA, they sent me a booking confirmation from Celebrity with the obc showing.

That seems to be all you need.

 

I am told that the OBC might not show up on our onboard account for a few days after we set sail.

I've never been able to see mine, but they magically appear about the 2nd or 3rd full day of the cruise, :)

If guests receive OBC then Celebrity should show the amount under the reservations.

Wouldn't be too difficult if they just added under the My Cruise Summary
