Well, I have made a hugh mistake. I asked earlier today for the email for the concierge of Liberty but I really need the email for the conciege for Independence. Does anyone know his/her email.

Just replace the ship code LB for ID and you'll get them. ID_Concierge@rccl.com. There's and _ underscore between ID and Concierge.

What is the difference between the Diamond Lounge, and Concierge Lounge? Sorry if this is a dumb question.

On most ships, the perks of the lounges are identical. Only on Oasis and Allure is there a difference. On those ships the CL serves breakfast and lunch made to order, with complimentary soda and beer offered at lunch. On all other ships breakfast is continental and there's no lunch, just like the DL.

 

Another difference is the the type of guests that can use the lounge. The CL is for full suite guests plus D+ and higher in Crown & Anchor. The DL is for Diamond and higher in C&A.
