Lunch options on Gem on embarkation day

We will be leaving on the Gem next Friday and have some suite guest and some balcony guest in our group. Can someone tell me the lunch options that will be open when we board? I know Cagney's will be available for suite guest and the Garden buffet for all others but hoping there are more options. We will be leaving the next Sunday on the Jewel. Are the options the same on it?

You can have lunch at The Grand Pacific. Most people head up to the Buffett, so it is much quieter at The Grand Pacific. It's a very pretty restaurant, and makes a nice first impression. May I recommend the stuffed portabella mushroom as an appetizer? Delicious.
