We are considering these and wonder which have the best wave action. We don't need monsters, but don't want flat cay like water. also, are the beaches in the water rocky needing watershoes or sandy? Thanks

Carlisle Bay is almost always flat and calm

-unless there's a North Swell running, that day...

 

Accra Beach/Rockley Beach as it's more correctly named

usually has some wave action, is rarely flat/calm!
