Hi. Has anyone been in this or similar cabin> I am booked Nov 23,2014 on a western Caribbean cruise.

Heard that balcony is tiny tiny. Enough for a fold up chair. Location wise on the ship. I think its fantastic. You'll be within a short distance to Tamarind, crows nest, hydropool and retreat cabanas. You can't beat the uniqueness of this location IMO. Someone wrote a review about 10015 and they said the location was great.

We had Eurodam 10017 back in 2010, and loved it. It is not one of the tiny "Juliette"-balcony cabins; the VQ cabins on the Euro have normal-sized verandahs. I preferred the spa-cabin color scheme over the standard one found in the rest of the ship, but we didn't really notice or care much about the other spa amenities (although the free waters were nice). The location was excellent, and the area feels special, because there are so few cabins in it. Honestly, we felt let down going back to a "normal" VC, down on the fourth deck, for our next cruise!

Two normal chairs, and the normal 1 ft round table. Maybe you're thinking of the deck 11 VT.

The VQ cabins have 4 foot deep balconies. Other side balconies are 6 ft (VA/VB/VC), 7 ft (deck 8 V), or 7.5 ft (deck 4 VF and VD)

Yes, you're correct. Was thinking of deck 11 VT.

We had 10013 on the Eurodam booked but changed to an aft balcony after reviewing the sticky "Ms Eurodam & Niew Amsterdam - the Grand Tour of Signature class - pics and video". As you scroll down you'll see pics of the deck ten staterooms. Loved the ship location of the rooms but were turned off by the small balcony and that they are recessed under the deck 11 staterooms.

We were in a VT cabin on the Eurodam from FT Laurdale to Italy and loved it. Close to Spa, Exploration Cafe, Library and if you go out the door and turn left there is a staircase to a quiet sunning area. also close to Tamarind restaurant. would request this if on the Eurodam again.

I wonder how big is the VQ room ? Over 200 SQ FT ?
