bryanjaync Posted November 8, 2013 #1 Share Posted November 8, 2013 Just booked 8500 on Liberty. Really challenging getting past cruiser experiences. And available photos are GENERIC Family Oceanview cabins. Any insights. opinions, thoughts, on 8500 on Liberty (or other Freedom class ships, I assume within that the Freedom class, that 8500 is the same) Thanks. Merion_Mom Posted November 8, 2013 #2 Share Posted November 8, 2013 (edited) Yes, 8500 on FOS, LOS and IOS would be the same. Here you go: A whole album from a real person: (who happens to be on CC!) http://s871.photobucket.com/user/cruisermeg/library/Freedom%20of%20the%20Seas%20November%204%202012?sort=3&page=1 Edited November 8, 2013 by Merion_Mom

bryanjaync Posted November 8, 2013 Author #6 Share Posted November 8, 2013 First, thanks for the pix and the quick responses ! How was the sound "proofing" between 8500 and 8200 ? Just with all those folks in one cabin, i thought the 'noise' from the neighbors may be an issue

Just with all those folks in one cabin, i thought the 'noise' from the neighbors may be an issue Did you move your parents to that cabin? That will give them lots of space but that cabin is all the way forward so will be lots of walking and might be difficult for people with mobility issues. msw1023 Posted November 8, 2013 #9 Share Posted November 8, 2013 We stayed in9500 on the explorer. Not sure if the square footage is different, but we just loved the cabin. It was huge, and the kids loved having their own space complete with storage .we loved having a real sitting are and the forward facing windows were so nice when we were coming into port . It was a bit of a walk, but it was well worth the trip Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
