Good inexspensive place to eat around the Sheraton hotel in Plantation

We will be staying at the Sheraton on University Road in Plantation and was wondering if there is a great place for breakfast in the area?? Will have a car rental . Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks

Three years ago - Jade Garden on opposite side of the road to hotel was excellent - Also try the Restaurants in the Plantation Mall to the left of hotel, when facing front. Also the hotel rooms have a microwave and small refrigerator. (Ask for front room facing the trees - better to look at)

Oh yes! Try The Original Pancake House...south/right 2 blocks on University Dr, right on W Broward Blvd, look for restaurant on your left about 2 blocks down. Try the yummy pancakes and omelettes. There's also Flashback Diner about 3 miles away in Davie.
