1westover Posted December 11, 2013 #1 Share Posted December 11, 2013 First time cruising Oceania. I have been unable to find their carry on policy. Would like to have a few bottles in our cabin just to enjoy on our veranda. Sailing from Papeete and was hoping to purchase a few bottles there. Thank you. SeaQ Posted December 11, 2013 #2 Share Posted December 11, 2013 Have never had any problems with taking wine or alcohol on board Oceania, they just ask you to keep and enjoy it in your room. (10 cruises on Oceania) Hope this helps.
Rare Keith1010 Posted December 11, 2013 #3 Share Posted December 11, 2013 I would ask all of your Oceania questions on the Oceania Board. http://boards.cruisecritic.com/forumdisplay.php?f=51 Keith

You can take the bottle to the dining venues if you pay the corkage fee Alcohol is confined to your cabin though;)
1westover Posted December 11, 2013 Author #5 Share Posted December 11, 2013 Thank you for your responses. We only want wine for our cabin and veranda. We will then enjoy the facilities that Marina has to offer. Any suggestions where we can purchase a few bottles in Papeete and other islands? Thank you so much. Some reading on the South Pacific board, here: http://boards.cruisecritic.com/forumdisplay.php?f=104 would be beneficial.
