If you look at the Captain's Club Terms and Conditions, it does specify reciprocity with Azamara. It is much clearer than the language prior to the latest changes:

 

Points on Celebrity and Azamara are earned cumulatively in both loyalty programs. For example, 20 Club Points earned on a Celebrity sailing will be reflected as 20 points in both Celebrity's and Azamara's loyalty programs. The total Club Points for the member will reflect all qualified points earned.

Can anyone confirm the 'upgrade' benefits - Some posters in other topics on CC are stating that they have had this benefit applied to Concierge Class cabins and not just Aqua. I ought to go get some examples and/or ask the posters themselves I suppose!!

On the new upgrade perk, I booked a C3 and was upgraded to a C2. Worked like a charm.

I've recently done the same (booked C2, paid the C3 price); the Celebrity reservations agent had to call the Captain's Club to get authorization to do this. (I see that the benefits list says this perk is "when available, subject to restrictions.") Definitely a good deal! :)

I booked a couple of cruises while onboard Silhouette last week and got my favorite 1A hump cabins for 1B prices (and the $ differential between the two was pretty sizeable). Great perk and a great deal!
