Free weights in fitness center?

Anyone know if there are free weights (bar bells?) in the Fitness Center? Any small size like 1-2lbs?

 

I have physical therapy stuff I have to do, so I figured I'd ask ahead of time before packing my 6 lbs of weights (assuming I can even do that).

Yes, there are free weights. Not sure how much the small ones weigh.

Are there kettle bells by chance as well?

You do not have to pay to use them so that are actually free free weights. : )

The small ones are light, maybe starting at 3 lb and up and then there are the BIG ones!! in another section.

I don't know if this matters to you but they are fixed weight dumbbells.

I've never seen kettlebells on a ship.

They start at half a pound. There ones, twos, threes - so physical therapy exercises should be no problem.

I have not seen the kettle bell style weights on ships; but they do have 1,2 and 3lb weights; then 5lb and up.

Aluminum filled with liquid. If they are too heavy, you can drink down the weight. A good workout could leave you happy and a headache later.
