Hello all. We are leaving Sunday on the glory... Woohoo! :D:D:D

Can anyone tell me about the chefs table? We have done all the specialty restaurants in the past but never chefs table. Is it worth the extra money and how's the food

The CT is an evening with the head Cheff and soe of his crew and they cook for you. It is limited to around 12 people (there may be multiples during a cruise) costs $75 per person. The menu is set, free flowing white and red wine, starts with 3 apps, then a tour of the kitchen during first seating meal. The show you how WCMC is made, then you are escourted toa room where you watch them making course for you (or you sit in the kitchen on the Dream class ships). It is a full evening 2 1/2 hours + and come hungry. The menu is set (the same on all ships) and somewhat eclectic. I have done it 5 times.

Sounds great thank you.

What is the attire for it? Is it formal or cruise casual

Cruise casual, I have never seen shorts. Also, since you are in the kitchen, heals are not allowed.

Just did it on the Valor Thanksgiving week. jimbo5544 has the perfect description. It was a great experience and we thought it was worth the time and money. Great food, good wine and special service. That being said, I wouldn't do it again until the anticipated menu change occurs.
