by all means, spend time at the 'market' right in downtown; it is,i think called the 'marche municipale.' it is unbelievable. on moorea, try to find the tour company with a guide known as 'william' or 'william, the white monkey.' he drives one of their buses now. 26 years ago he was a hoot; three years ago, i saw him again -- bigger and funnier than ever. his passengers were non-stop laughing and 'lovin it.' william -- everyone knows him. go to 'tours by bus on moorea.' and ask about william. you'll not be sorry.

Is this "tours by bus on moorea" a "stand" where the ferry comes in? Or??? Thanks!! LuAnn
