This is an area with heated lounge chairs, wet and dry saunas, and an aroma sauna. They only sell a limited number of admissions and I don't think there are free saunas on the ships that have the thermal spa for sale. Not sure about your ship though. Oasis and Allure have only the thermal suites for an additional charge, and no free saunas/steam rooms in the locker rooms. There are some of the smaller RCI ships that have both the thermal suite and the free saunas. I've never been able to find that specific information in one place as to which of these ships have both.
