Photo Bucket Questions

I've used photo bucket many times but when I tried to upload some new photos it was cropping them into a square format rather than showing the whole photo. Any suggestions?

 

I tried to find a contact for photo bucket but couldn't find anything to contact them.

Under the "Help" dropdown menu there is an option to "Ask a Question".

I use photobucket, and I don't like the new changes. I can not figure out a lot of things.

If you click on the picture is it still cropped? When I view mine as an album they show up square but if I click on the picture itself it opens in its original format.. Also if I link to it in a post it displays in its proper format..

Your right it's not cropped when I click on the photo. Now another question...I copied some photos a week ago and was able to paste them into my reply box but now when I try and do a copy and paste no photo appears. Any suggestions?

When I post pictures I click this button

(in the forum toolbar)

Then copy paste the direct link of my picture from Photobucket..
