'Upgrading' rooms

I just had a thought. When I booked my latest cruise ( direct with p&o) they didn't ask me if I would accept an upgrade.. I don't want an upgrade I chose my cabin for good reason . Can they change my cabin for an 'upgrade' now as I haven't specified 'no upgrade'?

Basically yes and without asking you in advance. This just happened to me although I am happy with the upgraded cabin.

I guess it'll be a telephone call on Monday then.

 

You can only contact customer services by e-mail as I found out today. The email address is customer services@po.com.
