This Pats fan will be rooting for Peyton in the SB.

Seems like a huge marketing misstep to me, guaranteed to annoy some people (read potential passengers) and won't be enough to cause others to choose Celebrity over any other line

I believe that there are more ports in the Boston area, than the Colorado area. This may have had something to do with the decision. (As long as the polar ice caps hold on)

It boggles the mind to think someone wouldn't cruise Celebrity again over a marketing partnership with a sports team. X had the same relationship with the Red Sox last summer. My guess is it was successful with not much of a backlash from other fans.

 

FYI, Celebrity has a similar partnership with the NY Rangers.
