Is anyone having trouble logging into Carnival today?

I am trying to log in to "manage my cruise" although I am already logged in to Carnival (the top of the website says welcome Ashley you cruise in 280 day) but when I go to log in to manage my cruise it keeps bouncing back to the log in page. I know my username and password is correct and it's not telling me that its incorrect. Is anyone else having this problem?

I have logged in a couple of times this morning with no issues. Try rebooting you computer?

I just went through the quick booking access and was able to get into my booking. That was really weird. I'm wondering if it's because I changed my room number a few days ago. Oh well it's working now thanks!

I too was having issues after I changed my profile. The page just stopped responding to anything. I will try again also. I have since did a reboot and also changed my Internet Browser.

I had the same issue a week ago. Every time I tried to log into manage my account I got bounced back to the log in screen. I sent an email that I was having an issue, never got a response but the next day was able to log in fine.

My account doesn't say 280 days it says 21, so mine is working just fine. :)

Same problem. We just booked a cruise last week for Feb. 17 and I can't access it. I've tried all of the "normal" fixes. I'll try again on Monday. Perhaps, there is an internal issue.

it wont allow me to manage my cruise it tells me to check back later but i can go any where else on the site

I had the same problem I had to log out completely and then it let me log back in. No computer reboot needed.

Your computer may have "bugs" in its Operating System

and/or your may have multiple Registry errors.

 

 

Clean up your OS and watch things work a lot better ;)
