Cork screws

Are there usually cork screws in the cabins or should I pack my own. I can't remember how we opened our wine last time. Probably was a twist off but this time my bottle has a cork. Thanks :)

We've never seen one readily available. Definitely none in the cabin. Just throw one in your checked bag.

Bring your own and be done with it. You may also ask your cabin steward to borrow one.

Good question - I brought wine and no corkscrew.

 

Our cabin steward was so awesome that I didn't think twice about asking him and he brought me over one right away.

They will give you a free one from Room Service - just call, and be there to sign for it when delivered.

We have forgotton one a time of two and have always received one when we asked for one. I have since learned and have one poked away in my toiletries bag in additon to the one that goes in the suitcase.

So I didn't have to take my corkscrew I bought a $5 bottle of wine I was sure was twist off. Nope! To my surprise it had a cork! Another surprise was how good it was! Steward was right outside and opened it for me.

We usually have one in our checked bag. If we forget, which I have, just call the steward and he/she will bring you one...it's a cheapy little plastic one, but it'll do the job.
