RCI website "my cruise" area

Anyone having problems when you login the my cruise and click on reservations, it's says "your reservation is not active or being modified".

No - working fine for me. Try logging out, closing your browser, clearing your cache, and logging back in. That may do the trick. It usually works for me with other website issues.

Yes, I was having that problem with many times lately. I did call and they advised me to go in a different way through the "Before You Board" tab and try to login thru the online check-in. That worked sometimes, and other times it did not.

 

They seem to have problems with their site.

If it says it's being modified, generally it's because there is another session open somewhere (a different computer, ipad, etc). If you go to the other device and log out, it should let you back in. If you can't figure out what has it open, just wait a half hour or so and the open sessions will all expire.
