Captain Van der Loo

I was just reading a Maasdam review. I see she has a new Captain. Anybody know why Captain Van der Loo left the ship?

Could be his vacation time.

 

The captains are usually on for 3 months and then off for 3 months.

Captain Arjen van der Loo left MADM on July 2 when Captain Henk Draper boarded. It was time for Captain van der Loo's vacation to begin and Captain Draper's to end. We sailed with Captain van der Loo on 2 of his last three cruises.
