Well the appetizers sound like the best part to me. I wonder if they'll have this menu you on the carnival sunshine when I leave next week. Only thing missing is my favorite carnival dessert the Grand Marne souffle. But they still have Oysters Rockefeller and escargot.

Thanks in advance for the menu order. We're on the Glory in May and also wanting to know the menus so that we can reserve the steakhouse--probably Belize night.

If it's not too much to ask, could you also post the time and day of the Past Guest Party, and which night is the second formal night?

Have a great cruise!!!

Hi, I am not sure when the past guest party is but if someone can enlighten me I'll be glad to add it but the 2nd elegant night is day six..I'll update everything when I get back and when people let me know and repost everything and hopefully it will be perfect.

Thank you for the thanks yous! I know there are some misspellings but I didn't have my glasses! Sorry.

I don't see what is unappealing about the appetizers. Maybe the absence of cold soups? People were complaining about them being gone from the new menus.

Looks like I will be the one starving! I will only be able to eat chicken and steak each night. None of the appetizers look good, although most of them I would be allergic too.

I lost 10lbs on the last cruise, beacuse the choices were so few for me. And what happened to all the desserts? I am allergic to chocolate so the WCMC does nothing for me. I used to love the Tiramasu, but I am allergic to hazelnuts so the Nutella Tiramasu is out for me too.:(

On some nights the vegetarian appetizers are really limited. Not sure what my vegetarian DD will do.

Anyone know if they have other offerings for vegetarians not on menu?

As far as I know from reading John Hearld you can let them know you are a vegetarian and they will meet your needs.

Now I'm even more excited for my May Glory cruise. A lot of things are from the old menu so it doesn't look that drastically different to me. If there are nights I go without an appetizer, so be it. It will save some calories and I certainly won't starve. There is still 24 hour pizza that's delicious!

Thanks for posting!:D:D:D

This change has come about since the last time we cruised so I'll be looking forward to this new menu for the next time. I think it offers lots of choices. I'm not a Vegan though, so I don't know how good it is for them...but I think if you let Carnival know you're Vegan or have specific allergies, Carnival will accommodate to the best that they can.

I believe they are in the process of updating the dessert menu.

This thread has the Inspiration 3-day menus. The dessert menu on the 3-day is much larger than the corresponding menus on the Liberty and Glory.

I had a very similar menu on the Liberty at the end of January. We were Eastern Caribbean so the port of call choices were different but otherwise, those were our choices. The food was excellent. I've always liked Carnival but it seems they have improved the food quality even more by narrowing the choices.

My only real complaint is the desserts are very limited. As you can see unless you like pie or warm melting cake there is almost nothing to choose from.

The apps and entree are super yummy though so I usually didn't have much room for dessert anyway.:)
