I am new to RCL. I keep reading on here about coupon books. Can I get 1 if I am a newbie-- How do I get 1

 

Also--does RCL provide stateroom robes

 

Can I join the Crown & Anchor now or do I have to wait till after our 1sr cruise

You get a set of coupons on your second and subsequent cruises on Royal.

 

Royal provides robes in JS and better staterooms. However, some people report good luck getting a robe by asking the stateroom attendant.

 

You can join C&A on or after your first cruise.

I think the coupon books you are referring to are C&A benefits. You have to complete your first cruise before you become a member. Its OK- at the entry level, aside from a BOGO drink, there's not much there.

 

As mentioned, robes are provided for JS and above.We were in a regular balcony cabin and were given robes by our steward ( without asking), but I think it was just a nice gesture.
