Since the Search seems to be missing, when and how do you receive your Castaway Club I D #? We've been back from our first for almost two weeks.

Since the Search seems to be missing, when and how do you receive your Castaway Club I D #? We've been back from our first for almost two weeks.

 

It should be printed on your KTTW card from your cruise. Or you can just go to the DCL website and log in, then click on "Castaway Club" (near the top, middle of page). On the left hand side will be your name & number.

And if all else fails, you can call DCL and ask for it.
