Casino Offer

I have had the casino offers in the past for reduced fares. I booked my next cruise with ES $100 deposit and there was a casino offer available. Unfortunately I was unable to use the casino offer as I would have had to put the additional $400 deposit down. With another cruise planed at the end of this month I didn't want to tie up the extra cash.

What I'm trying to remember does the casino offer come back or is it just once a year. It has provided so really great rates on past cruises.

I'm not talking about the one from the mail. Mine just show up in my VIFP folder. It usually has a book by date that is about 90 days.

What i was asking do these show up more than one time a year?

Yes I always book via casino offer , I am booked on one for my Sept cruise

Typically they come out and you have 2 months to book and must sail within 8 to 9 months.

Then typically a few months later I receive another casino offer , so it is typically 3 to 4 times a year a casino offer comes out

Hope that makes sense

Yes it does make sense. I thought it came out more than once. I usually book 2 cruises a year, but normally do it at the same time during the casino offer, so no need to recheck. I could not remember if it came out again. I thought it did

Thanks.

I don't know what the standard deal is, but I just booked a casino offer on the expiration date, and the following day a new casino offer was in the VIFP folder, but it is only good for a month.

Just got my first casino offer!!! (was looking for that 'free cruise' letter in my VIFP account and instead found this!!) book by april cruise by nov- was considering a May cruise - not typical for me - but the price is good and 2 ports are new so I might just have to take them up on their very kind offer!!! :)

My husband get's them the most recent offer must be booked by March 28th and includes sailing during the summer which is new. Since last fall he's had 3 different offers all of them showing 6-8 cruise choices and dates. They are the Premier Casino offers from the Carnival Players Club. If you get to go do so they are a lot of fun with special events included.

Who did you call? the carnival 'regular' #? How do you get the credit and drinks card? Was going to book thru my regular PVP? Should I call someone else instead? Help!

The Casino offers in the VIFP section vary, and are issued multiple times yearly. I currently have 2 offers.

1. Book for as low as $99 pp plus taxes, no perks included

2. Premier Casino Cruise, select from 8 different ships, specific date each, Casino Cash, drinks on us card for me and DW, special gifts, special cocktail party, etc. Rates are lower than any other posted rate for these cruises.

Hope this helps.

I called the players club number and gave them the number on the offer they sent me. Got a better rate, the credit (which was on the offer) and the drinks are on us card. When we get on the ship, I just go to the cage when they open, give them my card I got in the mail and they will give us the credit on our SS cards and a sticker for our card too.

Okay - that explains it...I just got a 'regular' casino offer LOL....just a discounted cruise no 'number on the offer - just a 'code' to use when booking - no special credits/drinks cards etc - no worries - I'll take it :)...and sounds like I can just book thru my regular PVP....THANKS!

I was looking at mine for November. The rate came up same as early saver booked regular booking. So, the only thing we would actually get is $25 casino credit. No thanks!

Mine comes up as a 'casino rate' when I try to book online - how do you know you would get a $25 casino credit - does it say that in your offer?? (mine does not specify anything except 'discounted rate)...

You need to call to ask how much (if any) casino cash you will receive. The total will not show in the booking.

We had a casino offer that expired on 3/5. Now have a new offer that expires 4/22. Went through the booking process that initially showed the balcony for $834.00 and wanted to see what the total will be. During the process the only thing that showed as best price was early saver at $919.00. Not sure if I missed doing something that would have showed the lower rate. I have done this many times in the past and can't figure out why the number is not what I expected.

I found a $93 Casino offer. Of course by the time I got the single supplement and cabin I wanted it was up to $204. But I took it.

When I booked, I clicked a link next to my name that said other offers and the price was reduced.

We both received emails that said $25 casino cash. When I look at my VIFP offer it doesn't say how much.

The last cruise I was on (Christmas), I got a letter on the second to last day from the casino. It was for a free cruise for up to 9 days. I had to book it within 14 days of debarkation and sail by the end of May.

Has anyone done this? Was wondering if I will immediately get the free drinks card or if I should call and ask for it and whether they would have any thing.

I have booked the casino rate on several of my past cruises. When I cruised Sunshine in January, a casino staff person told me that the casino rates were going away. I'm waiting to see if it holds true. So far I have not seen another casino rate offer other than the premier cruises and a casino offer related to the Breeze Ultimate Slot Tournament in November.

I have recieved only one casino offer so I don't know how often they come out or who they offer them to or how much you need to spend in the casino to get one. I am shocked we don't get one of the offers as hubby and I spend about $6000 - $8000 in the casino alone per cruise. No rhyme or reason to their offers.
