It doesn't really make any difference between the three of them -- they're all in between decks of cabins, so you won't have any noise concerns above you as you would being under the pool deck.

 

You're pretty far away from outside space on any of them; personally, if I were to book an inside, I'd pick one on Lido, so I could be close to the open deck.

 

Of your choices, I'd probably go with Aloha, since I'd want to maximize my chances of feeling motion by being higher up (I like a nice bouncy ride!). You may want to choose Caribe for the opposite reason!
