Ft. Lauderdale: Hotels w/ length of cruise parking

We live in Tampa, so we're driving down. Are there any hotels that offer free parking while on the cruise, similar to the Park, Sleep, Fly program? Thanks :)

Hi, I have stayed at Amersuites twice. They offer complimentary parking while

you are on your cruise. They also have shuttle to and from the airport and

to and from the port.

 

I believe Springhill Suites used to offer complimentary parking too but I don't

know if it is still offered.

 

Other hotels offer parking...but NOT complimentary.

Thanks Lois :) How's the Amerisuites hotel? I'm usually pretty picky, when it comes to hotels, but for a 1 night stay all I require is clean & a safe neighborhood. Thanks again :)

Hi Tammy, :) as I said, I have stayed there twice and would stay there again.

 

It is not fancy shmancy like the Hyatt or Marriott but it is also not nearly as

much $$$.

 

It is near lots of restaurants and shops and I have no problem recommending

them.

 

I know alot of people do not feel as I do....this hotel gets many mixed reviews.

 

It has always been fine for me. Clean room, free breakfast, free parking,

free shuttle......next door is a Mexican Place and next to that is Outback.

17th Street is just a block away.......walkable as well.

 

I would stay there again.

AmeriSuites seems to be one of those hotels that people either love or hate! ;)

 

As far as the neighborhood goes though, it's a great area - It's a safe neighborhood that's 10 minutes from the airport, 5 minutes from Port Everglades, and everything you could possibly want is within easy walking distance of it and the other SE 17th Street hotels.

I'll definitely look into booking this hotel. It sounds like it meets the requirements for a nights stay, which is all we're looking for. Thanks again :)
