keith75 Posted March 26, 2014 #51 Share Posted March 26, 2014 If that's the case, RCCL, NCL, and Celebrity are all having the same problem because they have all offered KSF this year. Sent from my iPhone using Forums You are right.
cruisecrazy82 Posted March 26, 2014 #52 Share Posted March 26, 2014 I just received an email stating that it will only be marketed as KSF but will actually be 3rd-5th guests. No age requirement. Sent from my iPhone using Forums

MandaHud Posted March 26, 2014 #54 Share Posted March 26, 2014 I just found this for our sailing. Looks like a horrible sale to me! Sent from my iPhone using Forums
KITKAT0229 Posted March 26, 2014 #55 Share Posted March 26, 2014 Prices for the kids sail free offer look much higher than the other pricing. I've only checked a couple of the sailings listed but that's what I've seen so far.
cruizinisthebest Posted March 26, 2014 #56 Share Posted March 26, 2014 I just did a mock booking for my current sailing and several others for the Summer. The kids free pricing is the highest of any pricing category. Even fun select! I know cruiselines tick their prices up for the paying passengers a bit with these kinds of sales, but this is silly. Offering different price options where the "free" additional passengers rate is twice as much makes zero sense.

izmeeh Posted March 26, 2014 #59 Share Posted March 26, 2014 Since it's the first time Carnival doing this promotion, the system is not set up for it. However, the rep told me that the rate should be Fun Select for 2 people + tax/fee for the 3rd, 4th, and 5th. The rep said the problem should be fixed by tomorrow. We'll see. ready2cruzagain Posted March 26, 2014 #62 Share Posted March 26, 2014 :eek:Holy Cow! The prices are ridiculous for Kids Sail Free! Glad they are doing this in the summer when we don't sail. Our last Carnival cruise there were 800 kids, wonder how many there will be with this promotion. I agree with a previous poster, it's not the kids but the parents. Seems like the thing nowadays is to let the kids run wild and not correct them at all.
