Booking Questions... Feel like a fish out of water!

I'm in the process of booking our first Celebrity cruise on the Reflection for November 2016. We're Diamond on Royal Caribbean, so I'm very familiar with their policies in terms of booking, deposits, price drops, deals, etc. However , I'm not sure how similar the lines are since they have the same parent company.

 

I called and got a quote for the cruise I want, it hasn't been posted online yet. The rep told me that it came with $125 "new deployment" OBC which is combinable with any future offers which may pop up between now and the sail date. And the price drop policy is the same as RCI? Price drops are accepted until final pmt date?

 

Is that correct? Say I see a Beverge Package option online later this year, I could call and have it added, no problem?

 

Also, what is the Elite stateroom upgrade deal (in place of the balcony discount on Royal)? I just get a free one category upgrade?
