Emerald princess- cabin question.

We are thinking of going on a med.cruise on the Emerald Princess next year and want to ask if the balconies on Baja deck are overlooked by the balconies on Aloha deck.

We have been on several Princess ships, and sometimes the balconies are overlooked by the cabins above you.

Also any general cabin recommendations would be much appreciated.

Many thanks.

No they are not, they are even.

Try a balcony on Caribe, very large and only half of the balcony is over looked.

Aloha and Baja are directly over top each other and have the same balcony depth and are completely covered. Both of those decks can look down on half of the Caribe deck balconies below which are half covered / half uncovered, and all of the Dolphin deck below Caribe.

Aloha cannot look down on Baja at all.

The only balconies over-looked by those above are Dolphin deck mini-suites and the outer portion of Caribe balconies which are half-covered.

On the other hand, people on Dolphin and Caribe decks can look up and into the balconies above even though they are covered.

It would be very rare that people out on balconies are just there to look at people out on lower balconies.
