Gym on Carribbean Princess

I know that the Carribbean Princess is a similar layout to the Emerald a Princess and when we were on the Emerald in February of this year treadmills were not allowed to be used till after 8:00 am. Can someone who has been on the Carribbean Princess recently tell me if this is the same practice on the Carribbean and what are the gym hours also. Thanks for any information you can supply.

Some of the treadmills could not be used before 8:00 AM but the majority could and were being used on our cruise the first week of this month. The fitness center was open 6:00 am to 10:00 pm.

Its the same on most ships where the treadmills are above cabins.

Just got off last week and every treadmill was in use at 7:45 on several days

We just walked around Deck 15 - I think many would walk around the outside of Deck 7 as well.
