Sea sickness solutions

Hi there. I wonder if anyone has any good seasickness remedies. I am fortunately not bothered by this but my friend is and we decided we needed to take something with us.

Morning Jackieo! There were lots of helpful tips etc on the thread called Bay of Biscay, scroll down a bit and you should find it. I found it a very helpful thread!

I use Bonine which I purchase from the US

 

Only remedy I have found that works.

 

I can be seasick on a river, but I took Bonine when we hit the tail end of a hurricane and had 40ft swells and I was absolutely fine.

Most cruise lines have generic Bonine available , usually for free, in the medical office on board Some lines put it on the medical center counter so you don't even have to ask. I have been on sailings where boxes were set out at guest relations deck during rough seas. Walmart carries a little pack of 8 generic pills for about $1.50.
