Bon Voyage sushi

I was looking through the available items for my upcoming cruise and was surprised to see this offering. I would love to enjoy this on my balcony in the evening. My questions are. Is it freshly prepared(kinda important) and is it something I need to schedule for delivery? I did not see an option of how to do this. If you have tried this I would love some feedback on it.

There's another post on here somewhere where they called, or left a note in the room asking when the guest wanted it because it is made to order/fresh.

I am the one who asked about the sushi on the other post. I went ahead and placed my order for the small tray.

 

Will give a review when we return from our April 19 cruise!
