25 cruises is part of a separate program that is called Milestone. It still exists and I think is pretty much the same as it used to be. At 25 cruises you got 25% of your cruise fare (sans taxes and fees) back in OBC.

Thanks! I was drawing a blank because I guess there was nothing much to remember after all. LOL!

I don't remember there being a loyalty program. Starting with your second cruise you were invited to the past guest party and received a ship pin. We became Platinum in 2007 and received the nice tote bag but that was just based on 10 cruises and I believe that program had just started. VIFP didn't exist until mid 2012. Milestone remains the same as it has from the beginning and I think that is also pretty new starting maybe in 2010 or 2011. Could be wrong about that.

Good post. I think it actually started in 2006. It also included free laundry, stationary, reserved line at guest services, treats sent to the cabin, a gift and guaranteed reservations and dining times.

Good post. I think it actually started in 2006. It also included free laundry, stationary, reserved line at guest services, treats sent to the cabin, a gift and guaranteed reservations and dining times.

It also included complimentary slot or blackjack tournament entry, as well as unlimited laundry. Those and the guaranteed dining times are no longer benefits for Platinum members, as part of the "brilliant" improvements.

As per firefly333, priority may not even assist you having your desired dining times.

who knows?? Depends on if there is space.

Im platinum too and now platinum only has "priority" dining.. not guaranteed times... so thats not worth anything. I could not even get early on my cruise last Feb. Maitre d' said back to well I used to have guaranteed dining time.. well you dont any more!! guess he made himself clear to me.
