Coral Fiesta Deck OC Rooms

Hello All!

We have a chance to go on the Alaska Southbound 7-Day from Anchorage to Vancouver, but only in one of the "F" staterooms on the Fiesta Deck. I've searched HIGH and LOW for information on the noise level of these rooms because they're on the same level as the casino, but have had no luck. Any chance one of you experts have stayed in these rooms? Would appreciate any insights!

These F rooms on the Fiesta Deck are "OC" category. Unobstructed oceanviews. This is our very first cruise and I'm trying to navigate all these bits of information!

They're in a whole separate corridor, so it's unlikely you'd hear any noise. Maybe if you were in one of the first couple of cabins on the hall, but beyond that, it's unlikely. I wouldn't hesitate to book one of those cabins -- just maybe from F506 up.

As rdsqrl noted those rooms are on their own corridor, which separates them from the casino (so no noise). There is a shared foyer at the fore end of the corridor, but I doubt that smoke would travel from the casino into it. Even if it did, it would only affect the OB staterooms (F502 the most, down to F510). In OC you should expect quiet, no smoke, a smooth ride, and a great view.

For Alaska scenic viewing, you want to spend time on the Promenade Deck (one quick flight from F) or the fore/aft balconies on 9, 10 and 11.

I would take this upgrade.
