Please confirm I understand specialty dining

Here is the information on the specialty restaurants on board the NoS as I understand it. (Prices are for dinner)

 

Giovanni's Table: $25 fee, all food included

Chop's Grille: $35 fee, charge $18 more for 16oz NY Strip and $19 more 20oz Porterhouse. Everything else is included

Izumi: No entrance fee, all food al a carte

Sabor: $25 fee all food included (least interested since I'll be eating Mexican food in Mexico)

Johnny Rockets: $4.95 all food included.

 

All seatings are smart casual

Sounds pretty much correct; Sabor is on Navigator only and apparently the no cover charge for Izumi (but slightly higher menu prices) is a Navigator thing also. But your prices and information appear to be correct.
