Room Number leaving Sunday

So I just booked a cruise leaving out of Galveston this Sunday!!!! I booked to let Carnival asign my room. When can I expect to have a room number? I'm just thinking about luggage tags. I have so much to do and so little time to do it!!!:):):):):)

Why not call carnival. I booked April 22nd. for a June 17th. cruise and decided to take a chance yesterday and called Carnival and oh joy they were able to tell me already what my " guarantee " balcony room number was and to my delight I will not be looking at a "Life Boat " every time I step out to my Balcony. I am not saying you will get your room number but there is a good chance like me you will, all it takes is a call...you may be glad you did !!

Have you tried looking at the carnival website with your reservation number? Most of the time we haven't found out until we checked in at the dock.

when we did a pack and go we had our room number about 3 days prior.

I booked the day after Easter for June 1 Freedom cruise, and when I checked yesterday I had been assigned a room....I'd say check your reservation before you leave home and try to print your luggage tags...otherwise from what I understand your option is the porter.
