Parking information can easily be found by doing a GOOGLE search using " long beach cruise terminal"

Parking is $17/24 hour period and they will charge you the hourly rate over that 24hour period. There is HC parking in the structure and in the open parking lot.

 

When you leave the structure keep your ticket out. You will need it to exit the port area.

There is no different price for handicapped parking in either Long Beach or San Pedro cruise ship parking.
