can anyone help me set my count down clock up again?

Recommended Posts

I do this on the user cp page & on edit my signature right?

Correct. When you click on the link I provided above, it should open a new window with the clock maker. Follow the instructions for making the clock and copy the box.

Go to the edit signature page and paste it in.

one more time...

Here is what mine looks like in my sig box. It looks like you have not copied all of the string that is needed. Also, are you using the HTML or UBB? HTML works for me

Pam and/or Dave

Copy and paste this into your sig. See if it works:

Try Checking in your Edit Options that the message Editor Interface is set to Enhanced Interface-Full WYSIWYG Editing. If it is not set to that it will just show the string and not the clock itself
I think that is for editing your replies only. I use standard and have no problem.

I have found that you need to change the editor option to Basic while you are pasting the code in. After that, you can switch back to WYSIWYG. That has worked for me every time when I update my wife's clocks.

Bob...That is what I had to do too, now that I read your post, and what I meant to say to Pam.

Pam try this and make sure you put the whole string in like Charlie has and you should have a clock...or at least we all think and hope. :p

Oops! You fixed it while I was posting. Good for you! ;)

Change the 2005 to 2006 in the code you have (shown below) and that should then be for 2006. The -0500 is for EST. If your ship leaves from another time zone (or you need daylight savings time) you would change that here. The 16 is for 4:00. Some examples:

EDT = -0400

PDT = -0700

5:00 PM would be 17

9:00 PM would be 21.

2005;7;17;16;0;00&timezone=GMT-0500

Hope this helps
