Share Holders OBC - How Long

Does anyone know what the current waiting time is for approval of On Board Credit for Carnival Cruise Lines share holders?

I have 100 shares and applied for the OBC a week ago, for a cruise on the Noordam starting on 9th June, but I have not heard anything yet.

I mailed mine in - took about a week. If you booked with a TA have them check to see if it shows up on your account. I asked for an email acknowledgement from HAL but didn't get it but my TA sent me an updated statement showing the OBC.

I faxed mine and asked for an email confirmation which I received within 24 hours.

My experience is that I faxed it on a Thursday, but did not request an e-mail for receipt confirmation. I called on Tuesday and it was already in the system. The number I called was 1-800-522-3399. Hope that helps...

Thanks to everyone for their replies. I have just spoken to Holland America UK, and they tell me my credit has now been applied. :)
