Is there a way to locate/contact a Celebrity waiter?

Does anyone on here know how one could possibly locate and contact... through email, text, or whatever.. a particular waiter on Celebrity? We had a great waiter named Jorge on the Summit last year and would like to find him. Any ideas?

If you have his last name check Facebook. We've found many staff there including wait staff and bartenders.
