Voucher ?

We were bumped off of Grandeur last summer because of the fire. We received 25% off vouchers for a future cruise. Is there a time limit on them? I can't find anything on the actual paper voucher.

We were given a voucher for our January cruise this year and it has to be used within the year. I would call Royal and check with them on your voucher.

We had a voucher last year [for a different reason] and it had to be used within a year.

On the certificate my husband received from being on the Grandeur cruise that had the fire, under "Booking Conditions" in the middle of the page, it says "Cruise must be taken by 06/15/2014 and not redeemable for inaugural or holiday sailings."

 

I don't know whether your certificate would have similar wording or not, though, given that it's somewhat different.

Our 25% off certificates say "cruise must be taken by 7/15/14 and not redeemable for inaugural or holiday sailings." Our Grandeur cruise that was cancelled was scheduled to depart 6/21/13.

Well shoot. I'll look again. We have vouchers for six people!!!! and only two, DH and I, can cruise this year. We paid for all six!!!!!!! Ah well, such is the life of cruising rules/restrictions.
