Princess' fax machine is "down"

I just got off the phone with Princess and was told that email submissions are no longer valid.

 

 

Did mine in early April with no problem. Guess Princess needs a spare fax machine if they won't accept other avenues!

 

I email mine to Princess Cruise Advisor so she can ensure it gets credited. It's certainly easier getting my OBC for Military time than as shareholder!!

 

Do anybody get credit for you and your spouse being shareholders? I'm told only one can get credit but another passenger told me both of them get credit. Comments on that issue??

Evidently they have a working fax now; I was given the number. She said the policy just recently changed regarding the email submissions. The revenue department no longer handles these, so that email address wouldn't have been good anyway.

 

I'm sure that both people wouldn't receive shareholder credit...IF they are in the same cabin.

Of course they don't have fax machines... I'm sure it's a sophisticated fax server. If it's broken, it's certainly not as easy to fix by simply swapping fax machines...

Only one stockholder OBC per cabin.

 

If your spouse is booked into a different cabin, then the spouse can also get the credit for stock in his/her name.

That's what I was told but wondered about comments from others. Maybe they had multiple staterooms. Thanks!!!

Wow! I faxed my info in yesterday morning and by last night our OBC was posted!
