Gainesville cruiser Posted June 22, 2014 #1 Share Posted June 22, 2014 I was introduced to the lemon meringue pie martini on our January cruise on the Pacific Princess. Delicious, but I am having trouble finding the exact drink at home. Nice bartender on the ship told us the recipe, but you know how that goes! Wonder if Princess cruise lines has a standard cocktail recipe book for all ships? Might have to go on another cruise to find the recipe, unless someone can help.....and I'll still go on another cruise!

Hmmm... my "Tee Many Martoonies" card deck does not have a Lemon Meringue Pie martini, but it does have a Lemon Tini. Here's that recipe: 5 parts Absolut Citron 1 part Sweet and Sour Chilled over ice and strained. Garnished with a sugar rim and zesty lemon twist. I did to ask for the recipe for a Dunes they were more than happy to let me have it. Every Drink now brings back many memories of sitting in Crooners.
