Question for Royal Princess European Cruisers

For those of you that have cruised the Royal this year in the Baltics:

 

Is there an ATM on board, and if so, does it dispense Euros or some other currency?

Yes there are several ATMs on deck 4 near elevators. They dispense currency for the port you are in, but the exchange rate is terrible. It is better to use ATMs on shore.

On other Princess ships those are currency exchange machines into which you feed one currency and get another, not true ATMs which require a debit or credit card.

 

Are the machines on the Royal true ATMs?

 

Do they really dispense rubles for SPB?
