Traveling with mom - over 70 and was wondering if some of the foods on this tour are considered spicy. I know she can just not eat them but we like food and would like to experience this tour. Any feedback would be great!

I have done this tour twice now and highly recommend it! Some of the food is a little spicy, but certainly not all of it. We went with my 80 year old father and he enjoyed it a lot! You walk relatively short distances between each stop, so there is plenty of time to "recover" in between. Your guide will keep you safe out in the streets and encourage you to stay hydrated which is important in Nassau. This tour is about so much more than the food. You will learn so much about the region from an expert who truly loves his country (and the food is great as well).
