Just returned this morning from our 8 day cruise on the Breeze. Out of 20 some Carnival cruises the Breeze was the best by far. What a beautiful ship. So nice not to see all the flashy neon everywhere. Also had our first cove balcony (2393). This cabin is shown as under the galley. We did hear an occasional cart or some chopping but other than that a perfect location. Love the cove balcony, so private and close to water. Great place to sit and read or just enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails.

Ports: Had done Grand Turk before so decided to catch a taxi into town. Not alot to see there. Took a taxi back to Jacks Shack for a few cold ones then headed down the beach to Margaratville for a dip in the pool. So glad to of read info on CC about LaRomana. Stayed away from downtown (heard it was not so nice) and took the Cigar Factory tour and to Chavon the small village. Nice tour...beware if you go to wear comfortable shoes...the cobblestone streets are ankle breakers! Curacao was very pretty and the downtown is walkable. Just across the bridge we found a city/country tour for $15.00 pp with Casper Tours. Be sure to ask for the air conditioned bus. Nice little tour for the price. Aruba is also a very walkable downtown. Went to Iguana Joes and had a Pink Iguana.....yum. Also had the best nachos!

Only went to one show The Brits and was very disappointed. They had gone to a computerized backdrop and only a few dancers and singers. Miss the old shows that were more vegas style.

The food on board was really good. Especially liked Guys Burgers!

Only real cluster was the disembarkation....as usual folks werent following instructions and caused quite a jam up.

Overall thourghly enjoyed our cruise....so much we are doing it again next month (on the Breeze) different itinerary.

We are looking into booking that cruise for next June.Loooking into the Jeep Adventure in Aruba. Glad to hear that downtown Curacao was in walking distance. It has been a long time since I have been there. Have been on Sunshine and loved the layout and venues. Shame to hear about the shows.

Hey...we were a few rooms over from you...we were in 2385. Loved everything...especially matt!! YUMMY!! Butch used to be my favorite....no more):):. Weather was perfect....didnt catch any shows this time....swam alot with my daughter and watched the movies on lido at night. Miss it already.

Not sure why there was a delay in disembarking. Also..the breakfast was already done at 930....that was the earliest i have ever seen. We didnt even leave our room until almost 930 due to the delays....
