Short and The Long of It

Recommended Posts

We are going on a family cruise. Among the grand-kids we have a 17 year old, a 15 year old, 2-13 year olds, a 12 year old and finally a 9 year old. The cruise is a 7 day cruise on the Allure with 2 formal nights. What seems like appropriate dress for this group on all the nights of the cruise? Would nice shorts ever work? I would like them to enjoy the MDR experience, but don't want to restrict their dress so they do feel comfortable. What about polo's and khaki's for the boys and maybe a button-down shirt for dressier nights?

A pair of Khakis or dockers and a polo shirt for the boys and au dresses for the girls.

Agree...however the girls certainly don't "have" to wear dresses.
