Hi, Do we need to use the free Coca-Cola® souvenir cup to get ALL refills?

You only need to use the cup if you want to use the Freestyle Coke machines.

We were on brilliance - they don't have freestyle machines, so no need for the cup, gave us a glass each time we wanted a soda.

No you don't have to use the cup. We are on Radiance right now and mine has not even been unwrapped. Every bar will gladly give you a glass that you can leave behind as you move around the ship. Much easier for me!
