LISADAVENATHAN Posted July 22, 2014 #1 Share Posted July 22, 2014 Hi we are due to set sail in the very near future. We have one son aged 12 who loves snooker, pool and table tennis. Can anyone advise if any of these are available in the arcade? Also if they have a "meeting point" for teenagers. Finally are the teenagers allowed on their own on the ship with a cur view of a certain time? Thanks in advance....

Hi LISADAVENATHAN Can't recall Snooker/Pool tables on any ships as it would be difficult to control the balls because of the movement of the ship. Also, don't remember seeing any "Arcade" either. If your son is enrolled in the Childrens Club, I believe they operate three times a day for approximately 2 hours at a time in the morning, afternoon and evening, where they have organised activities. Curfews outwith these times would therefore be your responsibilitiy.:)

kruzseeka Posted July 23, 2014 #7 Share Posted July 23, 2014 And isn't there a video game type area on Dream near the Water's Edge? Had a peep in once - it looked like a youngsters' area.
SuzyPaulB Posted July 23, 2014 #8 Share Posted July 23, 2014 Morning. There used to be an arcade but it's now part of the extended salon on the Dream. Sent from my iPhone using Forums

Table tennis - on the Dream it is on Sirens deck Which ship are you on ? There is no teenage arcade but there is the Casino but that is for adults. There is no meeting point for teenagers but there is the kids club used by the Kids Club hosts for children of all ages. Not sure about " teenagers on their own" - if you mean walk around the ship then there is no curfew but if you as the parent go on shore then the children will have to go with you - they can not be left on their own on the ship or left in the Kids Club whilst you go ashore. Children wandering late at night on their own will be approached by security or other officer.By late at night ( depending on their age ) I would mean after midnight unless they are very young.
